本政策适用于游戏的所有相关层面,包括但不限于游戏内活动、官方 Discord 服务器、社交媒体渠道以及其他官方论坛。只要您访问或使用 MU New Dawn,创建或使用游戏账号,或参与任何相关服务及 PlayPark 官方社区渠道,即表示您已知悉并确认本政策构成您与 PlayPark 之间具有约束力的条款与条件之一,并明确同意遵守本政策。PlayPark 保留自行裁量并执行本政策的权利。任何违反本政策的行为,均可能视情况受到相应处罚,包括但不限于:(一)书面警告;(二)暂时或永久限制游戏内聊天及其他交流功能(“禁言”);(三)暂时暂停访问游戏及/或特定游戏功能;以及(四)永久停用您的游戏账号并失去对 MU New Dawn 及其相关服务的访问权(“封号”)。您确认并同意,PlayPark 依据本政策所采取的任何处罚措施——包括警告、禁言、封号或其他纠正行动——均可能导致您损失游戏时间、游戏内资产、虚拟货币、排名、已购买的道具或其他形式的游戏进度。在法律允许的最大范围内,PlayPark 对因执行本政策而产生或与之相关的任何损失或损害不承担任何责任,您亦无权就受影响的账号、道具或数据主张任何形式的赔偿、补偿、退款或恢复。

PlayPark 进一步保留对任何疑似违反本政策行为进行调查的绝对权利,包括访问和审查相关的游戏日志、账号活动、通过官方渠道进行的通讯、交易记录,以及确定事实所需的其他信息。若涉嫌违规行为涉及欺诈、盗窃、骚扰、威胁、网络犯罪或任何可能构成适用法律下违法行为的行为,PlayPark 可自行酌情,并在适用法律允许的范围内,将账号信息、日志及其他相关数据披露给执法机构或主管部门以便采取进一步行动。您确认并同意,如为保护社区、安全维护或履行法律义务而必须披露上述信息,PlayPark 可在无需提前通知的情况下进行披露。

我们的目标很简单:创建一个尊重、创意与公平竞争共存的社区。如果您在游戏中遇到任何问题或违规行为,请通过官方渠道进行举报。让我们共同努力,使 MU New Dawn 成为所有玩家的传奇体验。

  1. 基本原則

所有玩家都应尊重他人,并为营造友好的游戏氛围作出贡献。骚扰、利用漏洞或破坏性行为会破坏游戏精神,将不被容忍。我们鼓励开放的沟通,但保留在行为损害社区利益时进行干预的权利。

  1. 禁止行为

以下行为严格禁止。处罚将根据违规的严重程度和频率逐步升级。在严重情况下,为了维护游戏的完整性和社区安全,PlayPark保留立即采取永久性措施的权利,可在必要时跳过所有违规等级处理。

2.1 散布谣言

定义: 在任何主题上(无论是游戏相关还是现实世界事务)创建、分享或扩大虚假、未经证实、误导性或耸人听闻的信息,这些信息可能在 MU New Dawn 社区内引起混乱、恐慌、恐惧、争议或干扰。例如,包括但不限于:传播关于公众人物的虚假信息、假新闻、捏造事件、未经证实的紧急情况、以事实呈现的错误信息,或任何旨在误导或挑衅 MU New Dawn 社区的叙述。

2.2 冒充/欺诈

定义: 冒充游戏管理员(GM)、PlayPark 员工或任何官方人员,包括旨在欺骗、伤害或利用其他玩家的行为。

定义: 故意提交误导性举报,以在游戏中获取优势或虚假索取账号/道具。

2.4 言语辱骂 

定义: 包括但不限于:骚扰或针对性的侮辱;威胁或恐吓性言论;冒犯或猥亵的语言;自杀言论或鼓励自残;仇恨言论(如种族歧视、性别歧视、恐同或任何歧视/贬损性言论)。

2.5 不当行为 / 对GM或工作人员的无礼行为

定义: 在游戏内或对工作人员使用不当语言,包括脏话、种族歧视言语、性相关内容或其他冒犯性言论(无论在游戏内或官方渠道)。

2.6 不当的游戏ID / 公会名称 

定义: 创建或使用带有露骨、种族歧视、脏话或其他冒犯性内容的游戏ID或公会(氏族)名称。

2.7 论坛/公告板滥用 

定义: 在官方论坛/公告板发布广告、垃圾信息、冒犯性、脏话、露骨或无关内容(内容将被删除且不另行警告)。

2.8 露骨或冒犯性图片 

定义: 分享或发布包含露骨、冒犯性或不当内容的图片(图片将被删除)。

2.9 游戏滥用(使用/传播外挂、BUG) 

定义: 分享外挂程序、工具或相关网站;测试未授权的外挂;或利用游戏漏洞获取不公平优势。

2.10 现实货币交易(RMT) 

定义: 购买、出售、交易、分享或转移游戏内物品、账号或功能以换取现实世界货币价值,包括现金、任何法定货币、银行转账、电子钱包支付、手机充值、预付卡、礼品卡或其他可作为现实支付工具的方式。PlayPark 员工不参与或认可此类活动。如涉及欺诈或其他可能的刑事行为,我们将配合执法部门,并在收到合法有效请求时提供相关信息。

2.11 非 PlayPark 产品广告 

定义: 在游戏内、社交媒体、群组或官方论坛中推广、营销或兜售与 MU New Dawn 无关的任何产品、服务或内容。

  1. 退款及购买政策

我们致力于保持交易透明,但为维护游戏平衡,某些购买为最终交易,不可退款。 

  • 不可退款政策: 在不可避免的服务中断(如维护)期间购买的时效性现金道具不予退款。所有购买需自行决定。 
  • 一旦 PlayPark 点数被兑换、购买或成功赠送,即不可交换、转让或退款。
  • 所有已购买的现金道具和充值的 PlayPark 点数均视为不可退款。 

任何与欺诈性退款请求或滥用此政策相关的违规行为,将导致永久封号。 

  1. 反外挂政策 

为维护游戏公平与安全:

  • 未经授权的访问: 严禁使用第三方程序,如键盘记录器、作弊器、外挂或任何修改游戏客户端或提供不公平优势的软件。 
  • 账号安全 : 玩家需自行妥善保管账号。严禁共享密码或登录信息。因疏忽或共享导致的账号被盗,将不予恢复。 
  • 外挂报告: 若因共享信息导致账号被黑(如使用键盘记录器),相关申诉将不予受理。请务必确保账号安全,这是玩家自身责任。 

违反以上规定将导致永久封号。

  1. 执行与申诉

PlayPark 的游戏管理员及工作人员会主动监控游戏并处理玩家举报。处罚将根据证据和具体情况执行。若玩家认为处罚决定存在错误,可在7 天内通过官方客服工单系统提出申诉。申诉需提供详细证据;重复无理申诉将不予受理。 

对于试图规避封号(例如使用其他账号)的行为,PlayPark 不予容忍。任何此类行为将导致处罚升级,包括对所有相关账号实施永久封号。 

  1. 免责声明

本《游戏政策》可能会在无需事先通知的情况下进行更新,以适应社区需求变化、法律或监管要求、安全考虑及游戏持续发展。任何更新内容将会在 MU New Dawn 官方渠道(包括但不限于官方网站、游戏启动器或社交媒体页面)发布,除非另有说明,自发布之时起生效。每位玩家有责任定期查阅本政策的最新版本。若在政策更新后继续访问或使用 MU New Dawn,即表示您已知晓并接受更新后的游戏政策。

Game Policy 

 

Welcome to MU New Dawn, where epic adventures await in a world of endless possibilities. At PlayPark, we are committed to fostering a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players. Our Game Policy outlines the rules and guidelines that help maintain the integrity of the game, promote positive interactions, and ensure a level playing field for everyone. 

This policy applies to all aspects of the game, including in-game activities, our official Discord server, social media channels, and other official forums. By accessing or using MU New Dawn, creating or using an account, or participating in any associated service or PlayPark’s official community channel, you acknowledge that this policy forms part of the binding terms and conditions between you and PlayPark, and you expressly agree to comply with it. PlayPark reserves the right to enforce this policy at our discretion, and any violation may result in a range of penalties, including but not limited to (i) written warnings, (ii) temporary or permanent restrictions on in-game chat and other communication functions (“Mute”), (iii) temporary suspension of access to the game and/or specific game features, and (iv) permanent suspension of the your game account and loss of access to MU New Dawn and its associated services (“Ban”). You acknowledge that any penalties taken by PlayPark under this policy — including warnings, Mutes, Bans, or any other corrective measures — may result in the loss of gameplay time, in-game assets, virtual currency, rankings, purchased items, or other forms of progress. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayPark shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the enforcement of this policy, and you shall have no right to claim any compensation, reimbursement, refund, or restoration of affected accounts, items, or data. 

PlayPark further retains the absolute right to investigate any suspected violations of this policy, including accessing and reviewing relevant game logs, account activity, communications conducted through official channels, transaction records, and any other information necessary to determine the facts. Where a violation is believed to involve fraud, theft, harassment, threats, cybercrime, or any conduct that may constitute an offence under applicable laws, PlayPark may, at its sole discretion, be permitted by applicable laws, disclose account information, logs, and other relevant data to law-enforcement agencies or competent authorities for further action. You acknowledge and consent that such disclosures may be made without prior notice where required for the protection of the community, the integrity of the game, or the enforcement of legal obligations. 

Our goal is simple: to create a community where respect, creativity, and fair play thrive. If you encounter any issues or violations, please report them through our official channels. Together, we can make MU New Dawn a legendary experience for all. 

  1. General Principles

All players are expected to treat others with respect and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. Harassment, exploitation, or disruptive behavior undermines the spirit of the game and will not be tolerated. We encourage open communication but reserve the right to intervene when conduct harms the community. 

  1. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited. Penalties are progressive and may escalate based on the severity and frequency of offenses. In severe cases, PlayPark reserves the right to take immediate and permanent action, bypassing all offence levels where necessary to protect the integrity of the game and the safety of the community. 

2.1 Spreading Rumors 

Definition: Creating, sharing, or amplifying false, unverified, misleading, or sensational information about any subject — whether related to the game or real-world matters—that may cause confusion, panic, fear, controversy, or disruption within the MU New Dawn community. This includes, for example, spreading hoaxes about public figures, false news, fabricated events, unverified emergencies, misinformation presented as fact, or any narrative intended to mislead or provoke the MU New Dawn community.

2.2 Impersonation / Fraud 

Definition: Pretending to be a Game Master (GM), PlayPark staff, or any official personnel. This includes actions intended to deceive, harm, or exploit other players.

2.3 False Reports 

Definition: Submitting intentionally misleading reports to gain an advantage in the game or to falsely claim accounts/items.

2.4 Verbal Abuse 

Definition: Includes but is not limited to harassment or targeted insults; threats or intimidating remarks; offensive or obscene language; suicidal language or encouragement of self-harm; hate speech (e.g., racism, sexism, homophobia, or any discriminatory/derogatory remarks).

2.5 Inappropriate Behavior / Unruly Behavior Toward GM/Staff 

Definition: Using inappropriate language in-game or toward staff, including profanity, racial slurs, sexual content, or other offensive remarks (in-game or on official channels).

2.6 Inappropriate ID / Guild Name 

Definition: Creating or using Game IDs or Guild (Clan) names that are explicit, racist, profane, or otherwise offensive.

2.7 Boards / Forums Abusing 

Definition: Posting advertising, spam, offensive, profane, explicit, or unrelated content in official boards/threads (content will be deleted without warning).

2.8 Explicit or Offensive Images 

Definition: Sharing or posting images containing explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content (images will be deleted).

2.9 Game Abuse (Use / Spreading of Hacks, Bugs) 

Definition: Distributing hack programs, tools, or sites; testing unauthorized hacks; or exploiting game bugs for unfair advantage.

2.10 Real Money Trading (RMT) 

Definition: Buying, selling, trading, sharing, or transferring in-game items, accounts, or features for real-world monetary value. This includes cash, legal tender of any jurisdiction, bank transfers, e-wallet payments, mobile reloads, prepaid cards, gift cards, or any other instrument that functions as real-world payment. PlayPark staff do not participate in or endorse such activities. In cases involving fraud or other potentially criminal conduct, we will cooperate with law enforcement authorities and provide relevant information upon receipt of a proper and lawful request.

2.11 Advertising Non-PlayPark Products 

Definition: Promoting, marketing, or soliciting any products, services, or content unrelated to MU New Dawn within the game, social media, groups, or forums.

  1. Refund and Purchase Policies

We strive for transparency in all transactions, but certain purchases are final to maintain game balance. 

  • No Refund Policy: Time-sensitive Cash Items purchased during unavoidable service disruptions (e.g., maintenance) are non-refundable. All purchases are at your own discretion. 
  • Once PlayPark Load credits are redeemed, purchased, or gifted successfully, they cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances. 
  • All purchased Cash Items and charged PlayPark Load are deemed non-refundable. 

Violations related to fraudulent refund requests or abuse of this policy will result in a Permanent Ban. 

  1. Anti-hack Policy 

To preserve fair play and security: 

  • Unauthorized Access: Using third-party programs like keyloggers, cheats, hacks, or any software that alters the game client or provides unfair advantages is strictly prohibited. 
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Sharing passwords or login details is forbidden. Compromised accounts due to negligence or sharing are not eligible for recovery. 
  • Reporting Hacks: Claims of account compromise via hacks (e.g., keyloggers) will not be honored if due to shared information. Secure your account—it’s your responsibility. 

Violations will result in a Permanent Ban. 

  1. Enforcement and Appeals

PlayPark Game Masters and staff monitor the game proactively and respond to player reports. Penalties are applied based on evidence and context. If you believe a penalty decision was made in error, you may appeal via our official support ticket system within 7 days. Appeals must include detailed evidence; repeated frivolous appeals will not be entertained. 

We do not tolerate attempts to evade bans (e.g., via alternate accounts).  Any such attempts will result in escalation, including permanent bans on all related accounts. 

  1. Disclaimer

This Game Policy is subject to change without prior notice to adapt to evolving community needs, legal or regulatory requirements, security considerations, and ongoing game developments. Any such updates will be posted on MU New Dawn official channels (including, without limitation, our official website, game launcher or social media pages), and unless stated otherwise, shall take effect from the time of publication.  It is each player’s responsibility to review the latest version of this policy periodically. Your continued access to or use of MU New Dawn after any changes have been implemented shall constitute your acknowledgement and acceptance of the updated Game Policy.
