Topping up or purchasing packages in MU New Dawn is quick and easy once you know the steps. This guide will walk you through the entire process, from accessing the WebShop to claiming your purchased items in-game.

Step 1: Access the MU New Dawn WebShop

Open your browser and visit the PlayPark Service Refill page https://secure2.playpark.com/PlayparkServiceRefill/Gamelist.aspx, From the list of available games, click MU New Dawn.

You will automatically be redirected to the official MU New Dawn WebShop page.

Step 2: Prepare Your Game UID

Before you can proceed, you must provide your Game UID (a unique User ID linked to your account).

👉 Don’t know your UID? Follow these simple steps in-game:

  1. Log in to your MU New Dawn account.
  2. Tap on Settings.
  3. Go to Account Settings.
  4. Your UID will be displayed on the screen (refer to the screenshot for guidance).
  5. Copy the UID.

Return to the WebShop, paste your UID into the required field, and proceed.

Step 3: Verify Your Account

  1. Enter your UID into the WebShop input field.
  2. Click “Verify”.
  3. Once verification is complete, the system will display your account and character details.
  4. From the dropdown menu, select the character where you want your top-up or items to be delivered.

Step 4: Select Your Package

Browse through the available item packages and choose the one you wish to purchase. Packages may include starter bundles like the Newbie Package, resource packs, or special limited-time offers.

Step 5: Choose Your Payment Method

Select Your Preferred Payment Option to Continue.

Step 6: Confirm and Complete Your Payment

  1. Review your chosen package and payment option.
  2. Confirm your purchase.
  3. Order Summary will appear.
  4. A QR Code will appear. Open your GCash app and scan the QR code to proceed.
  5. Finalize the payment to complete the transaction with Order Information Details.


Step 7: Claim Your Items In-Game

Once your purchase is successful:

  • Log in to your MU New Dawn account.
  • Go to your in-game Mailbox to claim your items.

📌 Important Note:

Some packages, such as the Newbie Package, are delivered directly to your backpack instead of your mailbox. Make sure to check both locations to find your rewards.
